Complaint resolution

All customer complaints are promptly escalated to the relevant manager. Hotel Balor Teoranta deals with all complaints fairly and promptly and all issues are resolved as quickly as possible. Where any customer is dissatisfied with the outcome of our efforts to resolve their complaint, the matter will be raised with senior management.
